Jim Bellino, the estranged husband of former Real Housewives of Orange County star Alexis Bellino, has reportedly sued Tamra Judge and Shannon Beador for a million dollars in damages because of statements the two made about his divorce and businesses. After requesting that the two apologize for their remarks, which the women did not do, Jim filed the lawsuit late last week because he doesn’t believe they were just joking.
When Judge and Beador appeared last month on the Juicy Scoop podcast with Heather McDonald, Judge said she thought the Bellino’s were divorcing for “legal reasons.”
And, when she went onstage with McDonald at the Irvine Improv, Judge allegedly said that Jim wants spousal support because everything is in Alexis’ name, and he is going to jail. She also called him a “shady motherf***er.”

Beador supposedly claimed that Jim’s trampoline business was in trouble because of lawsuits after people got “paralyzed” on the dangerous devices. The two women also discussed the possibility of Jim being in trouble, and Alexis not being able to testify against him.
Apparently, Jim thought the comments were so harmful that he needed to sue. In the court documents he filed, Jim denied that he is prison-bound. And, he doesn’t appreciate the reality stars claiming his business had seriously injured customers and then claiming his divorce from Alexis was fake.
When they appeared on Watch What Happens Live, Judge and Beador said they were just joking and poking fun at Jim, but he doesn’t buy it.
Before filing for divorce, Jim and Alexis were married for thirteen years and had three children together. And, according to her social media posts, the divorce is very much a real thing.
“My best friend thinks I need to document my life right now. My life truly is a range of emotions that I have never experienced. I am always exhausted, never hungry, happy one minute, sad the next, excited the next, devastated the next, numb always, and then repeat,” she began the post that she shared last week.
She went on to say that she doesn’t know who else has been through a painful divorce, but she is trying to be strong every minute. However, that isn’t real. She says she is broken and sad, and sometimes she zones off. Alexis continued by saying that she doesn’t think anyone can go through a divorce and not feel those emotions.
New episodes of Real Housewives of Orange County air Monday night on Bravo.
Neither Shannon Beador or Tamra Judge have commented on the lawsuit.
