'RHOC' Star Vicki Gunvalson Was Shocked By Kelly Dodd's Behavior After The Season 13 Reunion
Real Housewives of Orange County star Vicki Gunvalson has had her share of ups and downs with various cast members over the years, but for the most part, she thought she was on good terms with Kelly Dodd this season until she heard some comments from Dodd after the Season 13 reunion.
Gunvalson recently appeared on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, and she watched a clip of Dodd during last week’s 2018 Real Housewives Awards talking about how Gunvalson would be her first patient if she were a shrink.
"I would say Vicki Gunvalson needs to go see a shrink. She has a personality/sociopath that doesn't have any empathy for people,” revealed Dodd.
After watching Dodd and hearing her comments, Gunvalson said that she had never heard Dodd say those things and she appeared to be hurt and confused by her words.
“Wow, I’m shocked,” said Gunvalson, adding “She knows me, that was just rude.”
Gunvalson added that all she has is sympathy for people.
Last month Dodd told People Magazine that she and Gunvalson “don’t talk at all,” so they would have a lot to discuss at the reunion. Gunvalson said the two went out to dinner after the reunion, so she thought they were on good terms.
But, with Dodd’s latest comments, it seems there may be some trouble with this RHOC friendship.
Earlier this season Gunvalson and Dodd had some trouble when Gunvalson and her boyfriend, Steve Lodge, went out on a double date with Dodd’s ex-husband, Michael, and a new woman that they set him up with.
Gunvalson broke the girl code, and that didn’t sit well with Kelly Dodd. She reportedly confronted the OG of the OC about it during the reunion, and things got heated between them. But, since they ended up having dinner together afterward, Gunvalson apparently thought that all was well between them. Fans will just have to wait and see how this all plays out.
In the meantime, on the most recent RHOC episode, both Gunvalson and Shannon Beador went under the knife for a little plastic surgery after the women returned from their trip to Jamaica. Gunvalson received a lower face and neck lift, while Beador got her eyes done.
Lodge was by Gunvalson’s side before and after her procedure. And, while she was doing some pre-procedure paperwork, she told reception what her wishes were if something went wrong.
“I do want to be resuscitated,” Vicki Gunvalson said while declining to sign the do not resuscitate order. “I’ve got a lot of things to do this week.”
New episodes of Real Housewives of Orange County air Monday nights on Bravo.
