Real Housewives of Orange County stars Kelly Dodd and Vicki Gunvalson are at war, but Dodd keeps insisting that her real issue is with Gunvalson’s boyfriend, Steve Lodge. Even though Dodd seems to take it out on everyone around her, she has gone back to going after Gunvalson, but she says that she is doing it out of genuine concern for her co-star.
Dodd has watched Gunvalson date a line of gold diggers, and she claims that she is just trying to warn her friend about Lodge.
“My concern is genuine. I see a pattern with the men Vicki dates, and I’m calling red flags as I see them, because I don’t want to see her get hurt again,” said Dodd.

But after she talked about her concerns with Tamra Judge, she got annoyed that Judge passed it onto Gunvalson, making it sound like gossip. Dodd says that she wasn’t trying to talk behind Gunvalson’s back. Instead, she was calling Judge out for telling Gunvalson what she had told her about Lodge.
Dodd says that she was warning Judge that she had broken her trust, and she thought to herself that she couldn’t believe she had to watch what she says around Judge now. But, that was that, and she had no intention of starting drama. Dodd says she owned it because that is what she always does, and Gunvalson knows her.
Gunvalson does not like her relationships to be the center of RHOC storylines for negative reasons, but she finds herself there once again because her co-stars continue to question if Lodge is a good fit for her.
According to Reality Tea, the OG of the OC does not like her castmates skepticism, and she also pointed out that Dodd had changed a lot since her divorce from Michael Dodd last year.
Gunvalson says it is painful to hear her friends bash Lodge, and she is done with her castmates questioning Lodge’s motives and finances. She said that Dodd tried to stir up gossip with Judge, but saying that Lodge doesn’t have a home is ridiculous. She also asked why Dodd has any concern about what Lodge owns.

She also made it clear that Lodge does own a home, but her home is too big to live in by herself, so last year they decided that he would move in with her, or she would sell the house.
Vicki Gunvalson added that she loves Lodge and enjoys spending time with him every day, so it makes sense for them to live together. She says that what they do doesn’t affect Kelly Dodd, and she shouldn’t have anything to say about it because it is none of her business.
