RHOC Gina Kirschenheiter Pulled Over By The Police For The Second Time This Month!
Gina Kirschenheiter should consider investing in a personal driver. The Real Housewives of Orange County star was pulled over for driving while using a cellphone – days after police busted her for a DUI.
Kirschenheiter was pulled over and charged for driving under the influence on February 1. She is scheduled to appear in court to answer for her crime next month. Shortly after the arrest, the RHOC star issued a public apology on Instagram , vowing to avoid making such a “stupid” decision ever again.
“I am disappointed in myself and that I am a part of this social norm,” she stated. “This didn’t happen to me. I wasn’t ‘unlucky’ I made a conscious decision to do something epically stupid.”
After referring to herself as the queen of ride-hailing services like Uber and Lyft, the reality star admitted that driving while drunk is unacceptable. She also assured fans that she will never get in a car and drive after a night of drinking.
Despite the scare, officers busted Kirschenheiter for using her phone while driving last week. According to Page Six , an officer issued the reality star a $160 fine for breaking traffic laws, which is a light fine considering her previous violations. Unfortunately, her run-ins with the law do not end there.
The RHOC star was caught running a stop sign last month. Officers issued her a $238 ticket for the infraction. At this rate, Kirschenheiter should really consider going with Uber of Lyft full time if she wants to keep her license.
Kirschenheiter has not commented on her latest ticket. Kirschenheiter joined the Real Housewives of Orange County in Season 13 and is expected to return for another drama-filled year next season .
Production for the new season of the Real Housewives of Orange County is reportedly under way. It is unclear if the DUI and subsequent tickets will be featured on the new season, but there is a good chance that Gina Kirschenheiter’s co-stars will bring it up at some point.
The Real Housewives of Orange County is expected to return to Bravo sometime this summer.
