Raven-Symoné Is Dragged After Sharing The First Photos Of Her Wife, Miranda Maday
Surprise Raven-Symoné has announced that she is married to a woman named Miranda Maday.
The 34-year-old former child actress, whose full name is Raven-Symoné Christina Pearman, took to social media, where she shared multiple photos of her wedding ceremony that took place in her backyard.
The former co-host of The View wore an all-black outfit with her rainbow hair cascading down while Miranda opted for a creamish attire.
Raven posted a picture of the happy couple hugging with this caption: “I got married to a woman who understands me from trigger to joy, from breakfast to midnight snack, from stage to home. I love you, Mrs. Pearman-Maday!”
The Cosby Show star later added: “The outpouring of love and congratulations have filled our hearts immensely. Thank you to everyone!!!! I won’t bombard y’all with too many pix, but yeah, more music soon! Hehe.”
Many are angry that she decided to marry a white person. A critic stated: “All of you make God do America just like he did Sodom and Gomorrah. 🤦🏾♂️🤦🏾♂️🤦🏾♂️”
Another commenter shared: “The Bible I got the verse out of doesn’t say “understand,” it said they did not hear the voice. And when you say the men did not know what the noise was, that’s interjection to support your narrative, but we can come back to that one because I don’t doubt the newest version of the Bible (NIV) has changed the words. Of course, and I’ll give you one concerning Paul himself. Acts 9:7, “The men who were traveling with him stood speechless because they heard the voice but saw no one.” /// then just a little further into Acts in 22:9 it says, “Now those who were with me saw the light but did not hear the voice of the one who was speaking to me.” /// a clear and evident contradiction.”
This person stated: “What is wrong with all of you… “this isn’t the time to be married to a white person” are all of you, okay? You can 100 percent support BLM and be with a white person, and it’s not supposed to black vs. whites. It’s supposed to be all of us versus racism, injustices, and ignorance. Come on.”
A fourth follower asked: “What does marrying white people have to do with ending racism when many racists sleep with black people?”
One woman made this point: “Reverse. Racism. Doesn’t. Exist. POC can be racist to other POC. But POC cannot be racist towards white people. Racism stems from oppression. White people have never been oppressed. You can’t oppress the oppressor. Do you need a history book to see who has always been in the oppressor role?”
This Instagrammer wrote: “I am roasting her for denouncing herself as a black person. Marrying a white woman makes it look like she’s not with us due to her past comments. Otherwise, I don’t care who or what she marries. Just disappointed, my childhood hero doesn’t align with her people.”
This supporter explained: “Why are some of discriminating while fighting against discrimination, love is love ✊🏿🖤.”
Raven-Symoné is a real free spirit.
