For several months now, Rasheeda Frost has been flaunting her waist-length natural hair and fans have been bombarding her with two questions — how was she able to grow her hair so long and why does she keep wearing wigs?
The Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta star decided to answer one of the burning questions. In a new video, Kirk Frost’s wife showed off her stunning hair and spilled the much-needed secrets as to what she uses to help it grow all the way to her booty.
The mother of two captioned the video: “I told y’all I’m tryna get waist length hair I had to get me some more @mielleorganics growth oil from my girl @exquisitemo I’ve been using this oil since it came out and it’s definitely working it’s so soothing to my scalp I have to use this every time I get my hair braided.”
In another clip, she revealed: “So right now my hair is below my bra strap my goal is waist length give me about 12 months I’ll be there! Till then bout to braid it up back to my wigs!”

One fan told the former femcee: “The hair is beautiful but can we take a moment for those gorgeous cheek bones. A lot of women wear wigs for their convenience of style. They offer changes without damaging your real hair. If your wigs are human and the base provides air to flow through the wigs will not harm the hair. In fact, they offer your hair a chance to be stress-free.”
A second commenter explained: “You are absolutely beautiful and flawless darling ?? ? you slay everything you wear. What do you use in your hair??? I want to get my hair back healthy and long.”
This person claimed: “That’s the good part bout wigs n protective styles ….it helps protect that hair as it grows. I totally understand the reason for weave! I was only being sarcastic because I’m amazed by her hair. I’m black, so I absolutely get it!”
A third supporter revealed: “Because she wants to be able to switch and have different styles it’s not much to do with your own hair you can’t go from black, gray, pink etc… With our your own natural hair it will be damaged as a hairdresser we do a lot of girls who have long hair who wear weaves it’s the versatility and let’s trouble to be able to manage their own hair.”
Rasheeda is on top of her style game.
