Ne-Yo’s Wife Crystal Renay Smith Apologizes For Acting “Ratchet” On “Platinum Life” Reality Show

Ne-Yo’s wife, Crystal Smith, is back on reality TV with the E! series, Platinum Life. Not only has she made it back to the television screen, but her impact was so ostentatious that she already apologized for the way she acted. During an episode, Crystal almost got into a fight with Asiah Collins who is the wife of Kid Ink.
The pair’s disagreement became heated enough for them almost to start throwing fists at each other all within the space of a private jet. After the clip aired, Crystal took to her Instagram account to apologize for her behavior.
In her apology video which we have for you below, she captioned it with, “#ATrueWorkInProgress! Pride aside, I want all of you amazing women not to do what I’ve done but to learn from it.”
She continued by stating her rendition of the familiar phrase, “the pen is mightier than the sword,” but rather than saying “pen,” she used, “tongue.”
Renay-Smith hasn’t always been lucky enough to land herself on a private jet. Crystal grew up in Florida where she lived a very modest lifestyle. She moved to Los Angeles back in 2011 where her career first began.
According to the Daily Mail, after she went to LA, Crystal tried her hand at modeling and eventually found herself on the set of a reality TV series titled, About Business.
When she met the singer, Ne-Yo, he bought her a massive house in LA, and they married in February of 2016 in Palos Verdes, California.
Just one month later she had their child, Prince SJ. During the discussion with the publication, she claimed, “My husband and I are blessed to enjoy the finer things in life.” She added that they travel the world and have the kind of experiences people only dream.
