Kaya Jones, formerly a member of the Pussycat Dolls, took to Twitter recently to slam her ex-boyfriend, Nick Carter, on the 22nd of November just one day after Melissa Schuman accused him of raping her fifteen years ago.

Celebrity Insider reported yesterday that Melissa wrote a blog post on her website where she accused Nick of raping her when she was 18-years-old and still a virgin.

Jones tweeted today, "Nick Carter was my boyfriend while I was in the Pussycat Dolls. He knew about the abuse I endured and did nothing. I guess I know why. Disgusting. Disgraceful."

She added Nick was a "victim of abuse himself" and "shame on" him. In a series of tweets on the 13th of October, Jones said the Pussycat Dolls were like a "prostitution ring."

The 56-year-old, Robin Antin - who was the founder of the group - said to The Blast on the 15th of October that her claims were "disgusting, ridiculous lies" and she was merely looking for fame and notoriety.

In a statement to Us Weekly, on Wednesday, Carter said he was "shocked and saddened" by her accusations, and she never expressed to him while they were together or at any time that their relationship wasn't consensual.

Nick claimed he was always respectful and supportive of Melissa professionally and personally. Additionally, the Backstreet Boys member stated that it's the first time he's ever heard of such allegations - almost two decades later.

Nick said it was "contrary" to his nature as a person and he never means harm or discomfort to anybody. Jones wrote today that Nick "denied the allegations" just like the way Robin denied her abuse. She said, "I know all about the truth here." Furthermore, she stated she would no longer keep any of Carter's secrets.

And #metoo turns vicious. She could have made her statement without throwing out Nick being a survivor himself. So women deserve support but men deserve shame? Whatever Nick is accused of does not warrant this.
