Priyanka Chopra and Meghan Markle are old friends and they have supported one another through thick and thin for a very long time. It’s no surprise that a lot of people think the beauties are friendship goals!

Lately, however, there's been rumors going around claiming Meghan and Priyanka may have had a fallout.

But now, an insider report insists that is not the case at all!

One source told E! News that ‘Priyanka and Meghan are still very close friends and they talk frequently. Meghan confides in Priyanka about all the adjustments she has to make being a royal.’

The speculations that their friendship was coming to an end started back in January when the Duchess was not in attendance at her Priyanka’s wedding with Nick Jonas!

That was not the only suspicious part that made fans jump to conclusions.

The following month in February, the actress was just as absent from Meghan’s baby shower that took place in NYC.

Among those who RSVP-ed were Amal Clooney, Gayle King, Markus Anderson, and Jessica Mulroney.

The source insisted that ‘Just because Priyanka did not go to the shower, or Meghan could not come to her wedding, does not mean anything about their friendship. They are still very close friends and Meghan considers Priyanka one of her closest confidants.’

There is no doubt that the two women have an amazingly strong bond.

Who can forget the powerful piece Priyanka wrote on her pal last year when Meghan was named one of Time's Most Influential People!

‘More than anything else, Meghan's an important influencer in this world that really needs strong public figures to just respect and look up to. People the world can be inspired by. Meghan, standing shoulder to shoulder with Harry, will be a princess for the people,’ Chopra gushed.
