President Donald Trump has decided to create quite a bit of mystery around Vice President Mike Pence, and the media is eating it up.

Much like a TV show, supporters have been tuning in every day to get updates and clues as to what is going on and expect a big reveal on the finale which is scheduled in two weeks.

On Tuesday, many reporters were left confused after the vice president suddenly canceled his trip to New Hampshire.

When asked if Pence was ill or if it was a family or political emergency, the White House became secretive and gave the following odd and contradicting answers.

Randy Gentry, a rep for Pence, stated: “We’re going to cancel today’s event. It does not mean we’re not going to come back, but we do have a situation where the vice president was recalled back to Washington, DC.”

Pence's spokeswoman, Alyssa Farah, took to Twitter to create more confusion by saying: “Something came up that required the @VP to remain in Washington, DC. It’s no cause for alarm. He looks forward to rescheduling the trip to New Hampshire very soon.”

When Trump was asked about the matter, he said: “You’ll know in about two weeks. It was a very interesting problem that they had in New Hampshire. I can’t tell you about it.”

The former reality TV star added: “It had nothing to do with the White House. There was a problem up there, and I won’t go into what the problem was, but you’ll see in about a week or two.”

Trump recently did an interview where he declined to give the Pence his endorsement for president in 2024.

While on Fox & Friends , he was asked whether Pence would have his “automatic endorsement,” Trump danced around the question by saying: “Well, it’s — I love Mike, we are running again, you’re talking about a long time, so you can’t put me in that position. But I certainly would give it very strong consideration. He’s a very, very outstanding person.”

The two interviews have some saying that in two weeks Trump will shock the world and announce that he has a new VP for 2020.

Why do you think Trump is being so secretive about Pence? Will Trump dump him?
