Love has been in the air for Pete Davidson and Ariana Grande for a few weeks now. The soon-to-be-married couple are inseparable regardless of many warning from friends, families, and even strangers that they’re rushing into things too quickly. The “Saturday Night Live” actor wished his future wife a happy birthday in a series of sweet Instagram posts.
The 25-year-old singer started celebrating her birthday early by releasing a snippet of a song from her new album “Sweetener.”
As an active LGBTQIA advocate, she also took the time to ask fans to donate to the Human Rights Campaign.
A Facebook post on her official page read: “today is my 25th. today is also the three year anniversary of the supreme court’s decision to legalize same sex marriage! the Human Rights Campaign is fighting every day for a world where the LGBTQ community is treated equally everywhere! it would mean the most to me if you’d consider making a donation today to celebrate. imma jus leave this here. thank you. love you.”
Within six hours, she raised over $4,000 alone.
Pete Davison couldn’t let his lady’s big day go by without giving her a few shoutouts.
The first was a photo of Ariana riding him piggyback with a caption that read: “happy birthday to the most precious angel on earth! you’re my favorite person that ever existed 🙂 i love you sm.”
The next was a picture of Ariana looking at him lovingly accompanied by a caption that read: “one more for the queen. words can’t express what a real f***** treasure this one is.”
This comes after the couple shocked the world with their fast-track relationship and, most recently, purchased a $16 million apartment together.
It seems to be the real thing so Ariana’s fans have switched from being cautious of her new romance to being very supportive.
Happy birthday, Ariana.
