Upon realizing Pete Davidson covered up his Ariana Grande inspired tattoo, fans were very confused and started wondering whether or not they were secretly over. The SNL comedian decided to change the tattoo of the bunny mask Ariana wore on the cover of her Dangerous Woman album to a black heart and an ‘A’ beside it. Apparently, while the unexpected change made many worry there’s trouble in paradise, rumor has it that it could mean they are even closer than before!
A source shared with HollywoodLife that ‘Pete is madly in love with Ariana and covering up his tattoo isn’t a sign of trouble for them… it is actually the total opposite and is a sign they are more in sync than ever.’
‘Ariana and Pete are really into having matching tattoos, they have a bunch that match already and now that he changed the bunny mask to a heart they are matching even more because Ariana already has a number of heart tattoos. Pete added an A next to the heart in case there’s any questions about who his heart belongs to,’ the source explained. Aww….
When he got the original tattoo of the leather bunny mask, it was because he was already head over heels with her after only a couple of weeks together.
But now that he wants to match more of her own ink must mean he is even more in love with her than in the beginning.
‘The tattoo showed Ariana he was all in with her and he wanted a future with her but now that they’re fully in love it’s what is in his heart over what’s on his skin that’s most important,’ another insider told the outlet.
