Patrick J Adams, who used to work with Meghan Markle on the set of Suits, admitted in an interview with Entertainment Tonight that he no longer has the phone number of the soon-to-be royal family member. However, it’s not for the reason you may think.
When asked if he would give any advice to his former co-star, the Suits alum, 36, said to reporters he doesn’t believe Meghan needs “any advice” on getting married.
The director said, “I don’t even have her telephone number anymore!” Adams didn’t admit if he was going to the wedding or not with Bellisario, 32, but he did say she would need a “Vitamix,” that much is for sure.
Adams joked whether he goes to the wedding or not is irrelevant, the Vitamix is on its way. As you may know, Adams and Markle revealed they would be leaving the show last year, in November of 2017.
Both Adams and Markle, who played Mike Ross and Rachel Zane, announced their retirement from the popular TV show around the same time. Their last appearance on the show will be on the 25th of April, Wednesday. Some fans speculated that they didn’t end their partnership amicably, but that doesn’t appear to be the case.
After it was revealed by Clarence House that Meghan was getting married to Prince Harry, Adams said he knew more than anyone how lucky Harry was to marry her.
He said, “your Royal Highness, you are a lucky man.” As it was noted above, November of last year was the month when Meghan announced her engagement and also when she revealed she would quit the popular series.
Sources at the time claimed Meghan was packing all of her things in Toronto and getting ready to leave for England. It turns out that the rumors were true because she went shortly after that.
