Oh Baby! Kenya Moore Gives Birth To A Little Girl Named Brooklyn Doris Daly The Same Day 'RHOA' Returns
Congratulations are in order for "Real Housewives of Atlanta" alum Kenya Moore. Baby Daly is finally here!
Mrs. Daly and her husband, Marc Daly, welcomed their bundle of joy at 9:31 a.m this morning. They named the sweet baby girl Brooklyn Doris Daly.
Ironically, the great news may overshadow the premiere of the new season of the Bravo hit series that airs tonight. There has been controversy surrounding whether the former Miss USA winner would return or not.
People Magazine was the one to break the story. Although Kenya has yet to address the great news, fans have taken to her Instagram to congratulate her.
Anyone who has been following the "RHOA" star's journey knows that all she has ever wanted was a family of her own. She made it clear that she was setting her sights on husband material and father material with almost every boyfriend she's had.
Luckily, at 46-years-old, Kenya was introduced to restaurateur and businessman Marc Daly who she eventually married in secret. Regardless of the drama that followed with the network feeling left out along with friends and family, the new mother has been in wedded bliss.
On the last part of the season ten reunion show, the Queen of Twirls announced that she and her husband were expecting.
Kenya's pregnancy has been relatively trouble-free up until last week when she announced that she will have to deliver early due to severe preeclampsia.
She let her followers know that she was in the hospital on Instagram with a post that read: "If you want to make God laugh have a plan... won't be long now. Pray for us ??#babydaly #weloveyou #prayers."
Since the reality star wasn't supposed to give birth until the end of the month, Brooklyn has a weight of 5 pounds and 12 oz. but is expected to be healthy. Hopefully, both mama and baby will be on their way home soon.
