The feud between the two female emcees is just starting! After a short break, the beef is back in the spotlight now that Nicki Minaj decided to release a line of ‘stopped my bag’ merch that was inspired by her and Cardi B’s physical fight at NYFW.
The line includes items such as jackets and backpacks that display the phrase ‘Nicki Stopped My Bag,’ inspired by their altercation last month at the Harper’s Bazaar ICONS party.
Minaj posted pics of the merchandise that comes in black and pink.
The bags also read ‘QSA’ which, Nicki explained means ‘Queen Security Administration.’
And the fashionable shade does not stop there as they also feature some patches showing a purse and a slash mark over it, which reads: ‘Department of Stopped Bags.’
The merch also includes black and white tees as well as purple security-inspired jackets.
But where does the phrase come from? Cardi herself used it after the fight when she took to social media to write: ‘I’ve let a lot of sh*t slide! I let you diss me, I let you lie to me, I let you attempt to stop my bags, f**k the way I eat!’
As you may remember, there is also footage from the event and Cardi can be heard shouting at her nemesis and accusing her of slamming her baby daughter and criticizing her parenting skills.
There are also pics of the Bodak Yellow rapper being escorted outside by the security and having a huge lump on her left eyebrow.
In addition, she had lost one earring and one shoe, that she was caught on camera throwing at Nicki.
Minaj previously talked about the whole thing on Queen Radio, saying: ‘The other night, I was a part of something mortifying and so humiliating to go through. The way that they passed by looking at the disgusting commotion, I’ll never forget it. I was mortified.’
She also denied Cardi’s accusations: ‘I would never talk about anyone’s child or parenting. I do not care about anyone’s parenting. I do not give a s**t, and it is so crazy to me that people need to always make Onika the bad guy.
