It sounds like Nick Cannon is a big fan of the Pete Davidson and Kate Beckinsale rumored pair. As you may know, the man is currently filling in for Wendy Williams on her show as she is still on hiatus.

That being said, one of the Hot Topics Cannon discussed on the talk show was Pete and Kate’s alleged relationship after his breakup from Ariana Grande.

‘Last night I was hanging out with my little brother, Pete Davidson. We was in Brooklyn! We were having some good conversation. We were having cougar conversations.  I taught that young boy well,’ Cannon explained referring to the fact that Kate is 20 years the SNL comedian’s senior.

Nick went on to jokingly take credit for Davidson’s decision to date an older woman.

And that was not all! Nick made sure to diss Ariana Grande by saying that he told Pete to ‘Leave them little pop stars alone! An old woman knows what she wants! She don't play no games! That's what I'm talking about. Them little pop stars, they don't know! They giving Japanese menus tattooed on their backs from the sushi restaurant. I'm joking, but that is Ariana Grande's hand. I think that's even after she tried to fix it.’

So it sounds like he slammed Grande for trying to get the title of her single 7 Rings tattoed on her hand in Japanese characters.

Unfortunately, while they separately translated to ‘seven’ and ‘rings,’ together, the characters read ‘shichirin’ which is a Japanese small charcoal grill.

But mostly, Cannon was just joking around since he clarified that he totally feels for her since he got his ex, Mariah Carey’s name tattooed on his back before their split.

The man then argued that it was for love!
