Netflix has just made the Fall something to look forward to. The streaming giant just revealed that they will start streaming many iconic Black shows from the ’90s and 2000s in the coming months.
In a video that included Tracee Ellis Ross, Tamera Mowry-Housley, Pooch Hall, Sheryl Lee Ralph, and more, the Strong Black Lead Netflix social media account had the actors announce that their shows will be available to stream very soon.
Fans of the shows completely lost their mind and immediately started tweeting about it. Many of the shows mentioned above were trending just minutes after the announcement.
This is definitely something to look forward to in these dark times. Between 90’s kids who grew up on the shows and the new generation — this event may trigger the Friends and Seinfeld-like phenomenon where new and old viewers start demanding a reboot or reunion.
Time to pop bottles🍾🍾

The Game S1-3 – Aug 15
