Today, Forbes Magazine featured Kylie Jenner as one of their “Self-Made Billionaire Women,” in fact, they put her directly on the cover. However, not everyone out there is pleased with their choice, due to the opportunities afforded to her through Keeping Up With The Kardashians as well as Caitlyn Jenner’s prowess as a world-renowned Olympic athlete.
One person to take issue with the title was the star of Real Housewives Of Atlanta, NeNe Leakes, who took to Twitter earlier to criticize Forbes and their decision.
Carlos King, a TV producer, supported the cover and wrote, “Being on a reality TV show isn’t so bad, eh?” And NeNe wrote, “Well, some people get more opportunities that others will never get! Just saying! This game ain’t fair!”

As it was previously reported, Forbes chose Ms. Kylie Jenner to grace their latest issue, and not everyone was impressed with their choice, including Dictionary.com, who explicitly stated the definition of “self-made” in their tweet.
One person, in particular, wrote, “calling Kylie Jenner self-made is like saying you made soup from scratch when all you did was open the can and re-heat it in the microwave.”
Some people were on her side, however: “You’re all just mad because you’re swimming in cash like Kylie is. 90% of you would never be able to amass a fortune even close to that, regardless of the situation you were born into.”
Whether she deserves the title or not, Kylie Jenner’s company, Kylie Cosmetics, amassed around $680 million, close to a billion dollars, making it one of the most successful cosmetics company. She’s also only 20-years-old too.
According to Forbes, the young reality star – who just became a mother earlier in the year with the rapper, Travis Scott – is on track to making her first billion dollars, making her one of the youngest female billionaires.
