According to a new insider report, Nathan Griffith was shocked by the fact that Jenelle Evans managed to regain custody of their son, Kaiser! That being said, the worried father wants to make sure the boy will not get hurt so he is planning something!
Katlyn McCormick, the former Marine’s BFF shared with HollywoodLife that Nathan ‘was in shock. The whole courtroom was in shock really, even CPS, paralegals, Jenelle’s own lawyer,’ when they learned the judge’s decision.
Now, the dad is planning on fighting for an appeal, apparently.
‘Yeah, he wants full custody, but obviously right now his concern is to do the appeal first. Then they had a court date scheduled for this custody case, but because of all this I think one got put on hold, and now they’re just going to first focus on getting the appeal through, and then go from there. He isn’t going to let Kaiser get hurt,’ Katlyn told the news outlet.
His friend even dished to the publication all about the progress he has made in his legal battle against his ex.
That being said, as of July 10, ‘I know that he was talking to his lawyer today, so they are in the process of doing the appeal now. They are going to subpoena me and a few other random people that have known Jenelle throughout the years. So, this time, they will be way more prepared.’
Nathan is not that worried about failing since Child Protective Services is ‘obviously’ on his side.
Not only that but Jenelle’s estranged mother, Barbara has been supporting him as well.
Apparently, the two go out to lunch together during court breaks and discuss strategies since she is a hundred percent pro Nathan.
