Naomi Campbell wore a full hazmat suit to the Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) as the threat of a Coronavirus pandemic continues. Sharing photos of herself arriving at the airport and even on her flight with her 8.6 million Instagram followers, Naomi is sending a strong message. Though the CDC is not recommending people wear full hazmat suits, many people are choosing to wear surgical masks, N95 respirator masks, or like Naomi, are taking extra precautions as the number of Coronavirus cases continue to rise. Many models and celebrities were in Paris for Fashion Week and attended fashion shows in Rome shortly before the outbreak occurred. With the copious amounts of traveling models undergo, it isn’t surprising that Naomi is overly cautious and not leaving anything to chance.
Naomi shared herself in a vehicle wearing the hazmat suit, goggles, and a green surgical mask that was pulled down below her lips. She still had all her makeup on and looked like she was an advertisement for a Coronavirus PSA rather than catching a flight.
She captioned the pic with a simple: Safety First. Fellow supermodel Linda Evangelista replied with: You’re Welcome and Ryan Destiny, who played Naomi’s daughter on the series Star, left the comment: Mom followed by crying eyes/laughing emojis.
In addition to her hazmat suit, Naomi accessorized the look with lavender-colored gloves. She wore the hood over her hair and made sure that she was fully protected. Always the quintessential supermodel, Naomi struck a few poses standing with her luggage while in front of the Tom Bradley International Terminal. She wore black sneakers for footwear.
In the second set of photos, she thanked Linda Evangelista again. It’s unclear why she’s thanking Linda. Maybe Linda has a supply closet full of hazmat suits and hooked Naomi up?
Naomi also promised a video would be coming to her YouTube.
Safety First NEXT LEVEL. Thank you @lindaevangelista Full video coming on my YouTube soon…
