This week, Lady Gaga vowed to help victims of the California wildfires, but she might find herself standing in line. While many celebrities have made substantial financial donations to assist people and animals impacted by the wildfires, many efforts are still in the early stages. Musician Frank Martinez from Franklin's Tower has managed to pull off the unthinkable. In very little time, he has organized a community-based event set for Thanksgiving Day open to residents of Butte County who were devastated by the deadly Camp Fire.

Martinez has networked with other entertainment insiders and the Thanksgiving dinner is only the beginning. Through his networking, there is talk of a celebrity-lined benefit in the works.

As Martinez uses his music-based connections to ensure those left destitute from the fire have access to a Thanksgiving meal, volunteers are pouring in offering support from around the country and more are being added each day.

The community-based meal will be held on Thursday, Thanksgiving, November 22, 2018, beginning at 11 a.m. Martinez was able to secure the South Side Community Center located at 2959 Lower Wyandotte Rd, Oroville, CA 95966.

Celebrities have reached out to help those in Paradise, California, including actor James Woods who was one of the first celebrities to make a public response to the need.

Currently traveling cross country, Woods has continued to share his support, love, and prayers to those suffering from the deadly California wildfires.

Martinez isn't just coordinating meals and toy drives. He has been invaluable in helping those who are in immediate need of housing and shelter as emergency resources aren't meeting the demands and needs of those who have suddenly lost everything.

As the public becomes aware of just how much the Butte Country residents need, more celebrities are stepping up to the plate to help.

Lady Gaga visited Camp Fire evacuees in a shelter, Guy Fieri surprised emergency workers buy cooking for them, and though Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth lost their Malibu home to fire, they donated $500,000 to assist in recovery efforts.

Frank Martinez is still accepting donations for those who want to contribute to the Thanksgiving donations and Christmas outreach.
