Just weeks after his son spoke out, Mossimo Giannulli has requested that he spend the rest of his prison sentence at home because apparently -- prison is hard. The designer who was sentenced to five months is about two months into his stay and wants out.

Mossimo requested that he be able to leave the facility he's serving time at because of the cruel conditions he is facing on the inside. The parent who got into trouble for paying for his daughters to attend college has allegedly been in solitary confinement since the day he started his bid.

He is allegedly only allowed out to shower three times a week. He explained that when he goes to sleep, all he hears is screaming, crying, and fighting.

He says that the conditions he is being forced to live under are negatively affecting both his physical and mental health.

Gianulli wants to spend the rest of his time confined to his home and says that COVID is of no concern because he has tested negative at least ten times.

This comes after his son, Gianni, took to social media to speak about the harsh conditions they put his father under.

'He has been locked in solitary confinement in a quarantine in the MEDIUM security prison in a cell for one full month today. Only let out every three days for a few moments to shower. The mental and physical damage being done from such isolation and treatment is wrong.'

Fortunate for Lori Loughlin (who went to prison for the same thing) her experience wasn't nearly as harsh as what was described above.

Lori has served her time and was even picked up in a private jet to take her back home in December.

Do you think that Mossimo's request should be granted or should he be forced to finish his sentence?
