Celebrities sometimes have unconventional relationships and marriages. But there are some common tenants amongst most relationships: partners getting on each other’s nerves from time to time.
Apparently, for Mila Kunis, that’s not necessarily the case in her marriage. During a press junket for her new movie A Bad Moms Christmas, the 34-year-old actress was asked about her husband’s most irritating tendencies. She had a very unconventional and surprising answer.
“I can give you an honest answer, and this is going to be the opposite of what you will want to hear, but my husband does not annoy me. He doesn’t. He really doesn’t. I don’t know if this happens later, we’ve only been married a handful of years, you know, it’s very much in the honeymoon phase. We still really love and like each other daily,” explained the raven-haired beauty.
Maybe it has something to do with perspective and how she looks at life and love, as she feels the same way about her children, even in the really tough, early stages of motherhood.
Kutcher and Kunis have a 10-month-old son and a 3-year-old daughter and Kunis gushes about her children and how even if she’s waking up 10 times in the middle of the night because her son doesn’t stay asleep, or answering a million questions because her daughter is so inquisitive, they don’t annoy her either.
A really positive, albeit almost unrealistic goal for most, as human beings are flawed and irritations are common when dealing with others. It’s a nice thought and very impressive to see someone be so purposefully positive about those she loves and takes care of.
Kutcher and Kunis, met on the set of popular sitcom That 70’s Show in 1998 when Kunis was just 14 years old. Kutcher, who is five years her senior, and she didn’t get along at the time and never dated.
Both were in long term committed relationships with other people for years: Kutcher was married to Demi Moore while Kunis was in a long term relationship with Macaulay Kulkin.
When those relationships ended, they began to date and got married in 2015 and two kids later, they are as happy as ever.
