According to a report from EOnline, Mike ‘The Situation’ Sorrentino just got out of prison and his first day out was a blast. Two weeks ago, the Jersey Shore alum left a federal penitentiary as a free man after serving eight months for tax evasion among other charges.
The reality star must complete 500 hours of community service and will be on supervised released for two years. With prison out of his way, the reality star has begun enjoying his marriage with wife, Lauren Pesce, again, and according to him, he really looked forward to it.
Speaking with reporters from Entertainment Tonight, Mike claimed he had spent months thinking about what he’d do after his release. The MTV star and his wife confirmed they had a naked pizza party on the night he came home.
Previously, the Jersey Shore alum explained his usual prison routine, which included going to bed every night at 10:00 pm and getting up at 7:00 am, in addition to fasted cardio in the morning as well as intermittent fasting.
According to Mr. Sorrentino, he had to challenge himself repeatedly while in prison because as the old saying goes, “idle hands do the devil’s work.” Mike said it wasn’t a comfortable time in jail at all, especially being away from your loved ones every day.
Speaking on what the food was like, Sorrentino claimed it was like having the worst school lunch every single day. After his release, the MTV alum has been living his best life and working on himself daily.
The reality star has also been loving every moment with his wife, the aforementioned Lauren Pesce. The reality star joked that he’s working on his finances as well because he doesn’t want to go back to prison at all.
As it was previously reported, Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino was convicted guilty on multiple charges related to tax evasion, including filing false documents among others. While Mike was in prison, however, his Jersey Shore co-stars, Vinny and Pauly D, went to visit him.
