The Black Panther star did not waste any time before he shot back at a social media user who seemed to badmouth him and his family. Check out his funny response to the diss!
‘Michael B. Jordan is a 5’9” adult man who loves anime and lives with his parents. Y’all told me all of those things were unacceptable though,’ the rude tweet read.
It sounds like the man tweeting this was annoyed by how much attention Jordan has been getting since starring in the widely acclaimed movie Black Panther and wanted to suggest to the many fangirls that he’s not all that!
‘First of All, I am 6ft, and they live with ME, put some respec on my name. LOL…aaaand Goku and Naruto are real ones lol’ Michael replied to the diss.
A lot of fans reacted soon after and even model Chrissy Teigen expressed her thoughts: ‘Yes, I am sure those are the ONLY differences between you and him lol. Or rather the only two similarities. I am tired goodnight sorry goodbye.’
‘He must be doing something right to have so many men clowning and posting about him,’ one fan tweeted.
A lot of fans were super happy to see that Jordan showed his support to Anime while others simply laughed at the Twitter user who decided to slam the actor for no reason.
Obviously, once a star gets more success, they also get more haters! It’s the natural progression of fame.
But even before Black Panther, back in 2016, one hater left comments on his Instagram account, claiming he was gay.
‘Look, whoever is angry, bitter, upset for whatever reason, grow the f*ck up ‘cause karma is real. And I usually take the high road. I usually do not say s**t, I just let it roll because people are going to be people. Everybody has they opinion. That is what the Internet is for. They going to say whatever,’ Michael said.
But while it’s totally irrelevant what the star’s sexual orientation actually is, fans have been shipping him like crazy with Black Panther co-star Lupita Nyong’o.
‘The romcom is not dead it has just evolved into every single picture of Lupita Nyong’o and Michael B. Jordan in the same room,’ one fan wrote.
