It is now official, First Lady Melania Trump and best-selling author Michelle Obama will not be friends.
Former President Barack Obama’s wife revealed to the world that Melania failed to accept the olive branch that she extended after she entered the White House.
The former model is said to be turning a cold shoulder to Michelle and will avoid meeting or having any contact with her to prevent a humiliating situation.
The Obamas and the Trumps will be attending George H. W. Bush’s funeral, and this is how Melania will handle it: “Melania is really relieved Donald will be there with her as it will help avoid any embarrassing run-ins with Michelle Obama. Melania always gravitated towards the Obamas previously at functions she attended solo. Melania’s feelings towards both her and Barack [Obama] have cooled considerably.”
Michelle recently mocked Melania’s most bullied person in the world comments by saying: “I can’t. I can’t look around at what’s going on and view myself as — I wrote about the fact that, how I learned not to sort of take myself so seriously in this role was when I would meet military families, and spend time on bases, and I would see the sacrifice that these families would make and the hardships that they would bare because they would have a loved one serving and dying and putting their lives at risk. I admired them, and it made me feel like, ‘let me not complain out loud about anything that is happening to me.’“
Additionally, Melania is finally in a good place with The Donald and feels like protecting him.
Another source shared: “Melania is always in a way better frame of mind when it’s the Holidays, and she automatically feels more loving and warm towards Donald, as she does the rest of her family too at this time of the year. Melania is a huge fan of the Holidays, especially Christmas, and ever since she was a little girl it has always been an important and big deal for her, and that’s only intensified since becoming First Lady.”
Those two will definitely not spend Christmas together.
