During the Hamilton gala in London’s West End on Wednesday, Meghan Markle accidentally revealed her nickname for her husband, Prince Harry. Markle attended the event with Harry for a special performance of the popular Broadway show, along with the show-runner, Lin-Manuel Miranda.
When the couple posed for photographs with the rest of the cast, the Duchess of Sussex accidentally revealed what she calls her husband when no one’s around.
Cast members surrounding Meghan and Harry overheard the Suits alum asking her man, “Can you see, my love?” When everyone heard what she said, all of the stage actors let out a loud, “Awww!!!”
The Hamilton performance was the first time Harry and the Duchess of Sussex appeared in public together since his friend’s wedding, Charlie Van Straubenzee, on the 4th of August, coincidentally, the same day as Markle’s birthday.

The moment was captured on camera and shared on social media, prompting royal family fans to gush. One person commented on Twitter, “she’s the cutest, sweetest, thing, it’s honestly adorable. Harry is such a lucky man.”
Another person added, “They’re so clearly in love.” Ever since their wedding back in May of this year, Meghan and Harry have been doing great, despite some of the gossip surrounding her father, Thomas Markle.
As fans of the former actress know, Thomas didn’t escort Meghan down the aisle because of a supposed need for medical attention. Others claim he was just too scared to walk his daughter down the aisle and bailed at the last second.
Meghan’s half-sister, Samantha Markle, has lambasted Meghan online on a number of different occasions. However, Meghan has never responded officially to her embittered half-sibling.
