So sad and scary! The production team for Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta was forced to cease the filming after a staff member apparently got run over! Here’s all you need to know about the accident and the future of the popular reality TV show.
According to new reports, in a parking lot of a mall, one customer ran over one of the show’s security guards.
As a consequence, the production of Love and Hip Hop Atlanta was stopped for an undetermined period of time.
The terrifying accident took place at the Buckhead shops – right where shooting for the show was supposed to happen.
As fans probably know already, the series was in the process of filming its seventh season, set to premiere sometime in 2018.
Apparently, Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta’s security saved a parking spot for the production team which supposedly pissed off the mall customer.
Witnesses claim that they revved the car and injured the security guard’s leg.
Soon after, the driver hid in a golf store nearby and then fled.
The criminal is yet to be brought to justice but after accessing the store’s security cameras, catching the perpetrator should not be too difficult.
This is not the first thing to threaten the future of the show.
Fans were pretty worried that it would all crumble and eventually stop airing after fan-favorite star Joseline Hernandez left the show.
However, despite the fact that one of the oldest cast-members is no longer part of Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta, she was replaced with yet another well-known celeb – Erica Mena.
‘Plenty of people claimed ‘Love and Hip Hop Atlanta’ would be over once Joseline quit, but they were not expecting Erica to come on board—she is going to breathe new life into the show and leave her castmates quivering in their Louboutins,’ one source stated.
