The cast of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills will have a new member for season nine — actress Denise Richards — and a new report claims that she is already butting heads with show veteran Lisa Vanderpump. Sources say that Vanderpump is fuming about Richards joining the cast, and there is no doubt that they “will be going at it” this season.
“She feels like Denise is trying to dethrone her and really just thinks that Denise is an entitled b***h!” says an insider. “Lisa has been the head honcho since the show started, and she is appalled to hear that Denise is already barking orders over such things as her trailer and her wardrobe.”
But it isn’t just Vanderpump who has a problem with RHOBH’s new cast member. According to Radar Online, Erika Jayne has flipped out about Richard’s $1 million salary for her debut season, and insiders say that the girls think Richards is in desperate need of a paycheck.
While there may be two members of the cast who have a problem with Richards, not all of the housewives want to take her down. Kyle Richards (no relation to Denise) wants to form an alliance with the Wild Things star after finding it hard to be friends with Vanderpump because of her “pettiness.”
Sources say that Kyle has assured Denise that she has got her back this season when the “bulls**t and cattiness comes her way.”
It also looks like the 47-year-old is getting along with Dorit Kemsley, Camille Grammer, and Lisa Rinna because the four women recently posed together for pics that they posted on Instagram during their trip to the Bahamas.
In addition to shooting the new season of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Denise is also spending time with her boyfriend, Aaron Phypers. Over Labor Day weekend, the couple looked happy and in love while buying food, beer, and boogie boards to celebrate the holiday.
Cameras caught the two out shopping at a vintage market, and they enjoyed the afternoon alone without her three children.
Everyone (besides Lisa Vanderpump and Erika Jayne) seems to be happy that Denise Richards is returning to television. Even her ex-husband Charlie Sheen is supporting her, and he recently said that he doesn’t watch the show, but he knows it is popular and will be good for her. “I’m sure it’s going to be a ball,” said Sheen.
New episodes of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills will return to Bravo later this year.
