Lindsay Lohan Slams Reports About Her Tanked Reality Show And Closed Mykonos Club
Lindsay Lohan's Beach Club is over after just one season. The actress wants the media to stop focusing on her entertainment endeavors and pay attention to children in need.
After Page Six reported the cancellation of her show and the results of an investigation they did that revealed her Mykonos club was closed, she went on a social media rant.
Lohan posted and deleted an Instagram photo of four children alongside a caption that read: 'If you want a true story [Page Six] travel to #Istanbul and write something real for once . . . Children that need attention which I work with and none of you writers try and help. Families that loose [sic] limbs in Syria and you write crap stories about celebs. I helped this [sic] amazing children while you are writing about lies and nonsense.'
She also uploaded and removed another image of a hot tub that had a caption that said: 'I prefer my real life to be working with children and being with my family. The club is moving to other locations in the world . . . so chill out Page Six.'
So far, the report that her show will not be returning has not been proven to be a lie. Her very own representative said that she wouldn't be doing another season.
The reality series started off with a lot of buzz and even more viewers but plummeted as early as the second episode. Allegedly, reviewers wanted to see Lindsay have her 2000's breakdowns which is not where she is right now.
As far as the club, multiple sources have attempted to make reservations and visit the properties to no avail.
'A friend had reservations this week, and the club just called and said that they will not be opening this season.'
While a social media user shared a comment concerning the status deserted day club and revealed: 'They advertised being open for [the] summer season, specifically late May. We drove past and it’s literally [deserted] . . . The Lohan sign is stripped off.'
Lindsay has other properties that are said to be open.
