Liev Schreiber and Steve Carell are set to host Saturday Night Live (SNL)  as the show prepares to go live on both coasts. Season 44 kicked off with a bang when on September 29, 2018, Kanye West hosted the show and Adam Driver was the musical guest. Following West, was Awkwafina, Seth Myers, and Jonah Hill.

All eyes are on Saturday Night Live following Alec Baldwin's arrest for allegedly assaulting someone and his demotion from a prime, Sunday night spot for the Alec Baldwin Show on ABC to Saturday night. Baldwin portrays President Donald Trump on SNL and many are curious if he will keep up with appearances following the recent scandal.

If SNL has been worried about ratings, they aren't showing it and the buzz surrounding Liev Schreiber and Steve Carell appears to be drawing more interest in the show.

Liev Schreiber will host on November 10, 2018, beginning at 11:30 p.m. ET to 1 a.m. ET. The show will stream live on the East and West coast.

Joining Liev Schreiber on Saturday's show will be musical guest Lil Wayne.

Steve Carell will host the following Saturday, on November 17, 2018, with musical guest Ella Mail. You may see a quick video preview in the player below.

Fans aren't just looking forward to Liev Schreiber's appearance, but fans have already left remarks on social media platforms such as Facebook and Twitter that they are excited about Steve Carell coming to the show.

This will be Steve Carell's third time hosting SNL  and fans are looking forward to the comedic actor's return to the show.

Moviegoers will see plenty of Carell on the silver screen this holiday season. The former star of The Office  appeared in the movie Beautiful Boy  that was released on September 30, 2018. He'll also play Donald Rumsfeld in the upcoming movie Vice set for a Christmas day release.

Steve Carell has been nominated for an Oscar and is a Golden Globe winner. He is known for both serious roles as well as for his comedic style.
