Lamar Odom and Sabrina Parr go through very public ups and downs. On Wednesday, it was clear their relationship was more down than up.

The athlete took to Instagram to ask his ex for his social media accounts back.

He shared a photo with a caption that read: 'What’s up good people. I've been working hard to build my brand and a new team. 💪🏾🙏🏾. Unfortunately my social media platforms are being held hostage by my ex and we are working hard to recover my passwords for IG and Twitter~ if any of y'all know someone who can get it reset for me hit my brand managers DM ASAP @savvygirlconsulting. ... If you got an iphone im on club house so drop in, Im starting a room about Mental Health, Toxic and Abusive Relationships and Self Love. Thank y'all for loving me and supporting me I love y'all back. ❤️. Now watch me work 💪🏾.'

Sabrina hit back saying that her ex-fiance is lying. She questioned how Lamar is posting from his socials if she allegedly is withholding the passwords.

He followed up with a message that read that there was no love lost but he wants his passwords and his passport back.

'All I ask is that you release my Passport and my Passwords. That's it. You've wronged me in so many ways and I was willing to walk away quietly but I see you want a show. I gave you a global platform. Use it for your good or it will destroy you. All the best ❤️.'

In a post-and-delete, Parr claimed that the situation was 'disappointing' and that both of them know the truth. She also asks him to move on.

However, Odom wasn't done pulling out his receipts. Lamar shared a screenshot where he tries to use the forget password option and it shows an email that he claims belongs to Sabrina.

This all comes after the two got engaged, split, and reunited.
