In Milan, Italy, on the 18th of January, fans and paparazzi spotted Lady Gaga wearing a coat made of goat fur; the jacket is allegedly straight off the runway. According to Us Weekly, the coat was created by the Italian designer, Francesco Scognamiglio and it’s a part of his 2017 collection.
Her outfit in total cost over $10,000. The Grammy-Award winner is currently in Italy finishing the European part of her Joanne World Tour and stepped out wearing the jacket today.
Sources close to Gaga said, “she looks fantastic these days and doesn’t let anyone get her down. Despite the fact PETA is always trying to harass her, she manages to stay strong.”
“PETA has a hard time understanding that they’re not quite as informed about how coats and such are manufactured. They think that every factory is uncruel when the truth is that only some of them are.”
In the past, Lady Gaga wore a meat dress which sparked outrage across the board. Animal rights organizations all across North America panned the singer.
The infamous “Meat-Dress” was what she wore to the 2010 MTV Video Music Awards, and it surprised everyone in more than one way, negatively and positively, with mixed reactions coming from fans and political institutions.
As you may know, the “Pokerface” singer isn’t the type of person to back down from bold fashion. She’s always striking out on her own and trailblazing a new path for others, similar to Nicki Minaj.
Additionally, the singer stated she would, like many other stars in 2018, start off a regular series of shows in the Sin City of the USA.
Germonatta – AKA Lady Gaga – announced that she would perform at her residency in Las Vegas. The singer revealed she was “thrilled” to play in the same city as many other stars including the likes of Frank Sinatra.
