Woods admitted she has a "love-hate relationship" with her gym regime, but it all bleeds into one another. She states it "plays an important role" in her life.
However, if there's one thing that is fundamental to keeping your body in good health, Woods says "consistency" is the name of the game.
The Instagram model stated she does something every day whether it's walking, running, hitting the weights, or even just jogging around the block when she's at home.
