Kylie Jenner won’t be going to court anytime soon. The new mom has better things to do as it was just revealed that she has just dropped out of a lawsuit against Blac Chyna.
If you haven’t been following the drama, Blac Chyna and Rob Kardashian have been in a lengthy legal battle that started immediately after their final break up.
Chyna’s claim is that the Kardashian family sabotaged her chances of getting a second season of “Rob and Chyna.”
In turn, the Kardashian family is hitting back.
Rob and Chyna’s relationship was allegedly so volatile that they would engage in fights often turning physical.
During one incident, Chyna got so enraged while inebriated that she not only tried to strangle her ex-fiance, but she also ripped through the house owned by Kylie Jenner that they were staying in and caused over $100k worth of damage resulting in her being slapped with a lawsuit for the violent act.
Rob ended up paying for the repair himself, so Kylie no longer feels like she wants anything to do with her ex-boyfriend’s baby mama.
That also means that the judge won’t be bringing in the makeup mogul for a deposition at Chyna’s request.
It’s no surprise that Kylie would want to cut her ties with the model. She has a full plate.
Legal battles take time and lots of money.
The 20-year-old would rather be tending to her month old daughter, Stormi Jenner.
She’s also working on getting her pre-pregnancy body back and her relationship with her baby’s daddy, Travis Scott.
To top things off the social media star is planning to take her makeup brand to another level.
If you ask Chyna’s lawyer, Lisa Bloom, it’s a victory for her.
The attorney explained: “We have maintained from the beginning that Kylie Jenner’s case against my client Blac Chyna was meritless. We are pleased that after six months of litigation we were able to force Ms. Jenner to dismiss her case.”
