Kim Kardashian seems to be in the best shape of her life and she totally loves it! Have you seen that tiny waist? But how has she achieved such good results?
The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star’s trainer, Don-A-Matrix, chatted with HollywoodLife and shared her secrets with the world!
The photoshopped-looking waist is actually a hundred percent real and the result of hard work and discipline on Kim’s part, but, as it turns out, her genetics are part of it too!
‘We work primarily on weight loss/burning fat through intense, controlled workouts – like my Don-A-Matrix signature workout method. Kim’s also blessed with quite a smaller waist, so that also plays a role as well. In terms of specific workouts, I like to use moves with multifunctional movement – something like a squat or similar,’ the trainer dished.
He then went into detail about three of the workouts he likes to use the most – bosu crunch, bosu twist and mountain/step climber, describing all three.
Of course, Kim’s waist looks even tinier than it actually is due to her wide hips and big butt.
That being said, Don-A-Matrix mentioned a specific workout that helps to keep the booty in top shape as well.
‘The best moves to tone the butt are either squats or lunges. You can do a jump switch lunge. This involves you jumping into the air and landing in a lunge on the bosu ball – to be repeated 20 times,’ he told the news outlet.
As you know, when people talk about the Kardashians’ bodies, they usually mention plastic surgery but the trainer insists that they do put in a lot of work in the gym to look the way they do.
