Although Kim Kardashian was previously criticized for losing too much weight, it looks like she’s gained it all back! The KUWK celebrity took to social media to reveal that in the last year, she’s managed to gain around 18 pounds.
The reality TV star discussed her weight gain in a clip that she posted on IG Stories.
Apparently, at the time, she was about to work out alongside her trainer Melissa Alcantara before dinner.
Kim dishes that ‘We’re doing a night workout before dinner, which I never do with this one, but I figured that we have to get into it at some point. And yeah, sometimes we fall off and sometimes you really have to get it together and it is one of my fallen off times where I’m, I think, 18 pounds up from what I was a year ago, a year and a half ago.’
The mother of four goes on to dish that ‘To feel good, I just want to get it like, a good goal weight and so that means working out at all costs. It’s my eating. I work out but it’s, my eating. But Melissa and I have a major goal for by the time I am 40.’
And that was not all because she started her work out routine all over again the next morning!
Kim shared another clip of her in the gym and claimed that ‘a morning workout after a night workout is the best!’
Previously, Kim sparked concern among her fans after proudly revealing that she weighed only 116 pounds!
Later, seeing the backlash, she apologized for celebrating her unhealthy weight.
