Three months after welcoming her first baby, daughter True, Khloe Kardashian has managed to get back in shape! The KUWK sister took to her social media to update her many fans on her weight-loss journey.
As you may be aware, she has been documenting her workout routine and diet ever since April when True was born.

Khloe seems to have reached a point in her transformation where she is satisfied with the results.
The star has already managed to lose no less than 33 pounds which might sound like a lot but is a pretty normal and healthy result of a successful diet and workout routine.
In her new blog post, Khloe explained that ‘After I had True, I did not put any pressure on myself to lose all the baby weight. I only wanted to get back to my routine from before I got pregnant. Here’s where I am at currently. True turned three months old on July 12. I honestly did not give myself a number that I wanted to lose by this time, especially since I was not able to work out for the first six weeks. But, since then, I have lost 33 pounds! I am shocked I lost that much weight that quickly.’

The mother of one believes that the substantial weight loss can be attributed to the fact that she breast-feeds and has also been really active, both before and after giving birth.
She made it very clear that she never compares herself to other women as everyone is different and weight-loss is not an exact science.
As a result, the reality TV celeb has some advice for her many followers: ‘Dieting is great, but dieting does not typically create long-lasting results. I also believe working out’s so incredibly healthy and should be done to each individual’s own rhythm of life. There isn’t a one size fits all with health and fitness. To you out there, do not give up!! Every day’s a new day to find your rhythm.’
