According to a new insider report, while Khloe Kardashian would want nothing more than for Tristan Thompson to have a healthy relationship with their daughter, True, at the end of the day, she’d also like ‘full-time’ legal custody over the child. One source tells HollywoodLife that it wouldn’t even be hard for her to get it since Tristan is not opposing her on anything when it comes to True. But then, why hasn’t she filed the necessary documents yet?
Well, actually, precisely because of that! Since her ex hasn’t been fighting her on co-parenting matters at all, she doesn’t see the point of pursuing it legally.
The source dished that ‘Khloe is not expecting custody issues or any child support whatsoever with Tristan because he is not fighting her on anything she is doing with True as it is.’
‘Khloe has not felt the need to draft up anything or make arrangements because Tristan is not really even asking to see True as it is, so she is not at all concerned that he’ll fight for anything. Khloe wants True fulltime and sees Tristan putting no fight up. Both parents seem to know it really is what is best for their daughter,’ they went on to explain.
Tristan has not been making an effort to spend time with baby True at all since his and Khloe’s separation back in February.
However, he did manage to attend her first birthday on April 14.
Furthermore, previous reports claimed that his mother, Andrea, has been pushing her son to be more involved in the life of his daughter, something that Khloe definitely wants as well!
Another insider previously told the news outlet that if Andrea Thompson hadn’t been urging him to go, he probably would’ve skipped True’s birthday party as well!
