The reality TV star is clapping back at her critics. Khloe Kardashian took to social media yesterday to slam the trolls who have been commenting about the methods she’s using to get her pre-pregnancy body back.
‘I truly dislike when people report I have lost a tremendous amount of weight in a very short amount of time or when people claim I am doing these ridiculous diets. It is really setting the wrong tone. I believe in making lifestyle changes when it comes to my food,’ the mother of two tweeted.
She went on in another post: ‘Dieting is great, but dieting does not typically create long-lasting results. I also believe that working out is incredibly healthy and should be done to each individual’s own rhythm of life. There is no one size fits all [with] health and fitness.’
Finally, the KUWK star made sure to say some positive things to all of her fans who are trying to get in shape.
‘To you out there, don’t give up! Every day is a new day to find your rhythm.’
As you probably know already, Khloe and her boyfriend Tristan Thompson welcomed baby True back in April and even before then, when she was still expecting, she talked online about her exercise routines and diet.
Earlier this month, Khloe’s trainer, Joe Bouraima took to her app to share everything about her workout plan.
‘Monday is cardio day, the one that Khloé did not love at the beginning (but she kind of appreciates it now). She calls it Black Monday, LOL. Tuesday through Sunday we work full body with a little bit of cardio, like HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training).’
