In a new report by In Style, Kim Kardashian’s workout schedule and diet plan is broken down and explored. Many people may be surprised just how much work Kim Kardashian dedicates to staying in shape. Melissa Alcantra is Kim’s personal trainer and she shed light on the grueling work out schedule Kim K adheres to in order to stay fit.
While it’s no secret that the Kardashians are strong believers in beauty, health, and fitness, you may be unaware of the hours Kim dedicates to staying in shape. According to Alcantra, she trains Kim Kardashian on a daily basis. Their workout schedule begins at 6 a.m. and can be extremely demanding and tiring.
What might be most surprising from the story, is how Kim Kardashian found her trainer. According to the In Style article, Kim K found Melissa Alcantra on Instagram. She had recently had a child and taken up bodybuilding. Kim Kardashian was so impressed with the mother’s physique, she wanted to be personally trained by her.
Kim has said that she wanted to tone, sculpt, and add more muscle and that’s what she’s accomplished since training with Alcantra.

While Alcantra’s workout schedule is rather time-consuming, her diet plan may not be as difficult as one would expect it to be. According to Alcantra, she believes in eating clean and healthy. In the past Kim Kardashian has been a fan of low carb, high protein diets. Alcantra didn’t state whether Kim Kardashian is still eating low carb.
When it came to workout routines that Kim Kardashian disliked the most, Alcantra revealed that the reality star doesn’t like leg day. Still, her trainer credited her with a tough attitude and called her a workhorse. Apparently, Kim Kardashian doesn’t back down from a challenge.
Kim Kardashian has been in headlines for over a decade and throughout the years, her fans have watched her go through several pregnancies, gain weight, then lose weight and get her figure back.
