Kate Hudson likes being a mother, so much so that she wouldn’t mind having just one more baby with her new man, Danny Fujikawa. When speaking with reporters from the New York Times, the actress opened up about her current family life and the possibility of its expansion in the future.
“I would like to! I am not done yet. A girl would be fun,” said Hudson who began dating Danny recently. The actress remarked that, although she would have another child, it’s up to Fujikawa.
Reportedly, Kate and Danny have known each other for around a decade but just started dating a little over a year ago. Sources say that the couple is “great together.”
On the anniversary of their first date back in December of 2017, Kate said it was “pure love.” Kate is already the mother of two children, Ryder, 14, and Bingham, 6, whom she shares with Chris Robinson and Matt Bellamy respectively.
Kate said she’s never experienced adult life without babies, and all of her friends are just getting pregnant now. Even though she’s wondered what it would’ve been like to experience life in her later years without children, Hudson described her lifestyle as “great” now.
For further background, Hudson is no stranger to familial relationships Hollywood world, as she is the daughter of Goldie Hawn and her stepfather is Kurt Russell. Not a lot of people are aware of this link because of the differences between their names.
Does Kate think her children will go into the business? Hudson believes it’s “in their DNA,” but she wouldn’t pressure them to do so. At the end of the day, it’s their decision and not hers to make.
As for where their skills lie, Kate revealed her son Ryder could imitate people well, and her other son Bingham is an exceptional drummer. He first started working the drums when he was just a year-and-a-half-year-old kid.
