Khloe Kardashian and Tristan Thompson have teamed up to send a cease and desist. The ‘former’ couple is threatening to sue a woman who claims that Tristan is the father to her child.
In January, Tristan quietly took a paternity test to see if he was Kimberly Alexander’s baby daddy. The test results allegedly came back negative.
According to Gossip in the City who broke the story, the woman doesn’t believe that the test results are trustworthy because they were performed by a lab that is said to be Kardashian connected.
She went on to say that the results could be fixed and that Tristan is a deadbeat father.
Now, the co-parents are taking action.
Their attorney, Marty Singer, wrote Kimberly a scathing letter.
It read, in part: ‘After it was indisputably established by a paternity test performed by one of the most reputable labs that Mr. Thompson is not your child’s father, we thought that would be the end of this. Instead, you have continued to spread outrageous lies about my clients, including ridiculous fictional conspiracy theories that you conjured up claiming that my clients supposedly somehow falsified the paternity test results since members of the Kardashian family had previously used the same trustworthy lab.’

It then stated that Kimberly requested that a second test be conducted, which Singer said Tristan agreed to take. However, they would want an AABB-accredited lab to perform the test. Singer continued to say in the letter, “After it was indisputably established by a paternity test performed by one of the—read more at TheShadeRoom.com (📸: @gettyimages)
Singer accuses Alexander of wanting her fifteen minutes of fame.
‘It has been proven that Mr. Thompson is not the father of your child and we demand that you stop claiming that he is, and that he and Ms. Kardashian somehow falsified the paternity test results. It is defamatory per se to falsely assert that someone is a deadbeat dad who allegedly does not support his children, and to falsely accuse my clients of faking paternity test results,’ the document obtained by E! This comes after rumors that Khloe is expecting her second child with Tristan surfaced earlier this week.
