Kesha’s Team Of Lawyers Claim Sony’s CEO Told Them About Luke Trying To Assault Katy Perry

Kesha’s team of lawyers responded today to the controversy following the announcement that Dr. Luke had allegedly assaulted Katy Perry. A statement from Kesha’s legal aides claims that a CEO of a major record label told both Kesha and Lady Gaga about the incident with Katy Perry.
The claim came up in the surfaced legal papers in relation to Luke’s defamation suit against Kesha. However, the disgraced producer continues to deny all charges of sexual assault.
A statement from Kesha’s team said that the “CEO of a major record label” revealed the story and told Kesha and Lady Gaga at the same time. Kesha and Lady Gaga supposedly had a one-on-one conversation about Luke’s behavior through text message.
Her lawyers claim that the statement never would’ve made its way into the public if it weren’t for Dr. Luke and his legal team publishing an email – with the text messages within it – to millions of people in an attempt to smear Kesha’s reputation.
The legal team states, essentially, that Dr. Luke did it to himself as a means of having grounds to sue Kesha for defamation. They go on to state that the conversation between Kesha and Lady Gaga was only revealed so Dr. Luke could continue his battle against the “Tik Tok” singer.
Reportedly, Dr. Luke gave Kesha drugs forcibly and raped her against her will. Regarding the identity of the CEO, at the moment, nobody knows who the CEO is who made the claim.
As it was previously reported, Kesha and Dr. Luke have been fighting in the courts ever since the pop star claimed that he had been abusive toward her for a long time. As a result of the charges, Sony cut ties with the producer.
Other stars came out to defend Kesha as well including Pink and Kelly Clarkson. Both women stated that Dr. Luke’s behavior was repulsive, and neither of them wanted to work with him again, regardless if he could write a hit song for them.
