It’s been about five months since Kenya Moore and her husband Marc Daly shockingly separated and now, she is updating fans on where they are in their relationship. Here’s what she had to say!
While on SiriusXM’s Reality Checked with Amy Phillips, the RHOA star dished that ‘We are in a really good place right now. Our relationship has really taken a turn. He has been so kind to me. Our relationship has not been this good in a long time.’
The host was pretty surprised to hear the reality TV star say this so she went on to ask how long their improved relationship has been going on.
This prompted Kenya to reveal that ‘I think about a month after we separated. It was around October/November, yeah. I think it turned when we celebrated Brooklyn’s birthday together. And, listen, my heart is beating in another person. So for me, all that I have ever wanted is to protect her, and I will until the day I die. If that means protecting her from any negativity within our home then I am going to do that.
She went on to explain that ‘When I saw that we had an opportunity to co-parent and do it in a great way and be an example for Brooklyn, I said, ‘let’s do the party together,’ and we did! And we had a great time and I think that really showed him that I’m not after him. I wanted a calm, peaceful home and a great environment for my daughter. That’s all I want.’

That was a really unexpected reveal, especially because it appeared that they were still broken up.
However, it turns out that they were able to fix things pretty soon after – only a month following their split!
Of course, Kenya never really said that they are back together romantically, but it’s great to hear that they have a better relationship than ever, regardless of what it may be!
