Former Real Housewives of Atlanta Kenya Moore tried to scam her way back onto the reality show this past week when she showed up to Cynthia Bailey’s event with Seagram’s Escapes while Bravo cameras rolled. However, according to an insider, there is no guarantee the scenes will make it into the season.
All of the RHOA ladies attended Bailey’s event, where she introduced her Peach Bellini drink with Seagram’s Escapes. Celebrity event planner, Courtney Ajinca, transformed the Bailey Room into “Cynthia’s Island Escape.”
Ajinca strategically placed aqua and magenta up lighting to create a sense of warmth and decorated the space with sand and palm trees.

An insider close to production says that Moore attended the event with Kandi Burruss and wore a mic, but that doesn’t mean she is coming back to RHOA full-time. Production was not expecting Moore to show up, and they were surprised when she made an appearance.
Sources say that Moore “overplayed her cards,” and she thought that if she showed up and created some drama, she would get back on the show. But, it didn’t work.
According to Us Weekly, Moore “gave a heartfelt speech” for Bailey, and it was sincere and cute, “but not necessary.” The former Miss USA also tried to confront NeNe Leakes at the party to get some airtime, but Leakes wanted nothing to do with her.
Earlier this month, Leakes slammed Moore in a series of tweets after she didn’t get an invite to her baby shower. She also claimed that Moore was no longer on RHOA because she refused to film with her husband, Marc Daly.
“U know there r people who like 2 b strategic around the premiere! They tend to use others name 4 a come up! Trust me, the girls on this season deserves 2 b here! That person that is NOT here is b/c they simply didn’t want 2 show their REALITY!” Leakes tweeted on October 23.
Insiders also say that Leakes “got mad” at Bailey during the Seagram’s event because she thought she had invited Moore. Leakes and Moore did not interact at the event, and her attitude changed the minute Moore showed up because she felt “set up.”
Kenya Moore claims she decided to take this season off, so she could focus on her high-risk pregnancy, and she wanted to be in a healthy and drama-free environment.
The new season of Real Housewives of Atlanta premieres on Sunday, November 4th on Bravo.
