As all know, Kelly Ripa is all about responding to trolls on social media. During an appearance on The Wendy Williams show, Kelly admitted that she just “loves a clapback.” Ripa claimed that trolls who get “trolled back;” it’s how God intended it to be.
As it was previously reported, a fan on Instagram recently criticized her husband for “pretending to look tall,” which, according to the user, made him look even shorter.
In response to the critic, Kelly said: “he’s tall where it counts babe.” Her husband addressed the comment too and said, “how would I appear taller to you?”
In an Instagram post, we have for you below, Kelly can be seen reading a series of mean comments from anonymous users online. In the video, she says: “I like trolling. I love trolling a troll. It’s my favorite thing to do.”
One person claimed that Kelly’s head looks likes it’s too big for her little body. Ripa corrected the user’s grammar, “‘To’ is spelled ‘too’ FYI.”
Ripa went on to say, “as in, ‘too dumb to leave that comment.'” According to the Live With Kelly And Ryan host, internet haters typically have egregious grammar, case-in-point, their misspelling of ‘too,’ a ubiquitous example.
Two days ago, Consuelo posted a photo of Ripa getting her hair done, and someone told her she was “‘to’ skinny,” and Ripa said it again, the word is “TOO!”
And while Kelly’s responses are funny, one has to admit that she probably is bothered by the hate, after all, who wouldn’t be?
The neverending criticism from anonymous online social media users is one of the primary reasons for celebrities taking a break from Twitter and Instagram. Some of the most famous stars to take a social-media-hiatus include Selena Gomez, Ed Sheeran, and Kanye West – who still hasn’t made his return.
