According to Katy Perry, Donald Trump's response to the California wildfires was "heartless." When wildfires traveled across California, burning everything in sight, including homes, land, and even people, the president took to Twitter to blame the situation on the state's forest management.

Trump said on Twitter that there was "no reason for these massive, deadly, and costly forest fires," adding that the state's "forest management" was far from sufficient.

The president said that billions of dollars are given to the state every year, and with buildings, homes, and lives lost, the federal government should no longer be inclined to give California any federal funding. Trump urged for the restructuring of the state's infrastructure.

"Remedy now, or no fed payments!" the president tweeted. Trump's response to the wildfires was met with criticism by many celebrities, including Katy Perry, who said, "this is an absolutely heartless response."

While sub-tweeting the president, Katy said that "there aren't even politics involved." Katy went on to say there were "a lot of unknowns tonight," and what they do know is that "we are here for you" - in reference to all those affected, and not Trump.

Some of the celebrities to be forced out of their California homes include Lady Gaga, Alyssa Milano, Rainn Wilson, Kanye West, Kim Kardashian, and many others.

As flames eviscerate areas of Malibu, Calabasas, and other areas outside of Los Angeles, the public's response grows increasingly weary. As it was previously reported, the wildfires also set ablaze the set of Westworld as well as The Bachelor mansion.

Caitlyn Jenner took to Twitter afterward along with her friend, Sophia Hutchins, and said she was grateful to get out of there as soon as possible but was uncertain as to what would happen to her home.

While Caitlyn's comments were met with concern, one comedian took to YouTube to make fun of her response. The stand-up comedian, Kyle Dunnigan, parodied Caitlyn's comments, which many fans took as a joke, but others were less impressed.
