Katy Perry Pays $50,000 For Date With BF Orlando Bloom In Competition With Another Woman!

Katy Perry isn’t afraid to drop serious cash on her man, Orlando Bloom. According to a report from Us Weekly, Katy paid a significant sum to stop a fan from going on a date with Orlando following his participation in the One Love Malibu benefit show.
Organizers created the event for all those affected by the California wildfire near the ending of November. Moreover, Katy also performed at the fundraiser, as well as playing a role in the auctioning off of Mr. Bloom, 31, to which she later put a stop.
In front of the audience – claims Us Weekly – Katy said, “I just wanted to start and say that he’s going to do a motorcycle ride and then you can have lunch.”
Perry joked that it would mean the person who wins the prize would be holding him in a manner that she isn’t overly fond of. Perry said, “you’re holding his pecs and his six-pack! And it’s so glorious!”
The bidding first began with a fan named Laura who paid approximately $20,000. Katy finally, after a few more bids, decided she wasn’t about to allow another woman the chance to hang out with Mr. Orlando Bloom, and then paid a whopping $50,000 to secure the first prize – who knew Katy had a jealous side?
As most know, Katy and Orlando have been dating intermittently ever since January of 2016. A source said previously that Orlando and Katy would eventually get engaged, but it isn’t clear as to when they would get ready to tie the knot.
The insider explained, “right now, Katy is super busy as is Orlando, so we don’t know when they’ll decide to make it official. However, they have been managing to really work things out between each other to really make their schedules coalesce.”
Previously, Mr. Bloom was married to the model, Miranda Kerr, from 2010 until 2013, and they have a 7-year-old child together named, Flynn. Now, Kerr is married to the SnapChat CEO, Evan Spiegel, who she just tied the knot with last year. Sources said that their wedding was “spectacular.”
