Kaley Cuoco Shares Emotional Tribute To Her Late Onscreen Father John Ritter: ‘We Lost One Of The Best’
It’s been 14 years since beloved actor John Ritter has passed away and Kaley Cuoco shared a touching tribute on social media to remember him properly. As fans may remember, the actress played his daughter on popular sitcom Eight Simple Rules.
Cuoco shared with her fans that the legend still makes her laugh today.
‘Today, 14 years ago, we lost one of the best there was. Still not a day goes by where he does not make me laugh one way or another... #johnritter ❤,’ the Big Bang Theory star captioned the black and white photo featuring the two of them.
Ritter passed away at the age of only 54 on Sept. 11, 2003.
The cause of death was an aortic dissection.
Even though we lost the comedy legend way too early, his children are continuing his legacy today.
37-year-old actor Jason was nominated for an Emmy for his part in Parenthood.
He is also set to play the lead character on the upcoming Kevin (Probably) Saves the World.
Daughter Carly has been involved in acting a bit too, while Tyler – his youngest, has appeared on popular TV series such as NCIS, Arrow and The McCarthys.
We think it’s amazing how even after such a long time there is this bond between the on-screen father and daughter.
The legend must have meant as much to Kaley as he meant to his own children.
